The work of American artist Ellsworth Kelly (born in 1923 in Newburgh, New York) is the subject of two exhibitions in Munich in the fall and winter of 2011/12.
Developed in close cooperation with the artist the exhibitions focus on two different yet compellingly complementary
aspects of his work:
Schwarz & Weiss (Black & White) at the Haus der Kunst
and Plant Drawings at the Pinakothek der Moderne / Staatliche Graphische Sammlung.
